Terms and Conditions: *Payment must be made before any items are removed. * If item(s) are not paid for or picked up by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, said item(s) will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with Gathman Auction Company. If the buyer fails to pick up the item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer is responsible for a storage fee of $5 per item, per day. If buyer fails to pay by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, refuses to pay storage fee, and/or does not pickup item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer (or also further referred to as "bidder") will be banned from future Gathman Auction Company HiBid auctions and a notification warning other Auctioneers will be viewable to all other Auctioneers using the HiBid program. A "bidder" denial negatively effects the bidder's score.
