Please read the following terms & conditions and if bidder does not agree with any portion of the terms & conditions please feel free to browse our auction catalog but do not register to bid. A bid at an online or live auction is a binding contract & can not be rescinded for any reason.

Terms for Online Bids:
10% buyer's premium - 10% will be added to all winning bids at the time of processing registered credit cards. If winning bid is $100 + 10% fee = $110 will be charged to registered credit card immediately following the close of the Auction on June 3, 2022.
All intending to pay with cash or cashier's check upon pick up requires pre-approval please call or email prior to pick up date with intentions to do so (417)-883-SOLD.
Purchased items by online bidders are to be paid in full by 5pm CST on June 5, 2022 and prior to pick up. No removal of purchased items may be completed until final payments have been made and processed. If winning bidders fail to pay for items by 5 pm June 5, 2022 the auctioneer/consignor reserves the right to retain &/or resell items.
Pick Up: All removal of purchased items from the auction site is to be completed by 5 PM CST June 10, 2022, no exceptions. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale. Essick Auction & Realty, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of purchased items. No shipping on items is available by auction service or seller.
All buyers are responsible for loading purchased items and any help/tools they need for carrying/loading. No auction staff will be available to assist in carrying/loading items.
All neon signs on buildings will be removed by professional sign company between June 6 - 10, 2022 and must be picked up on date they are removed from building.
Registration at the auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in this document and any addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding.
ONLINE BIDDING PARTICIPATION 101:
Steps:
1 - Click on the Register to Bid Button - Complete the Registration
2 - Agree to the Terms of the Auction
3 - If bidding on large ticket items an email will be sent to you with further instructions allowing you to bid a certain amount prior to requiring a bank letter of credit to continue bidding for large ticket items.
4 - After Submitting Registration click on View Catalog to place your bids.
5 - All lots will be webcast at the live auction and will close after the auctioneer sells them live. You are encouraged to make your max bids prior to the webcast to avoid any internet interuptions or delays.
There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. A non-refundable $1.00 fee may be assessed to each registered credit card to verify funds. By bidding you are representing to Essick Auction & Realty (auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures.
Essick Auction & Realty, LLC shall not be responsible for malfunctions, system errors, electronic or internet problems which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered, including bids missed at the close of an auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to extend an auction or retain an item for resale due to software/internet issues at the close of an auction.
If your ONLINE/ABSENTEE BID wins an auction item you will be notified by email or phone call the evening of the auction, and your credit card will be charged at that time with all noted fees. We will charge the credit card you entered when you registered for this auction. If you wish to pay by cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, etc. following the auction YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE 4:00 PM CST on June, 1 2022 by either phone 417-883-SOLD or email dusty@essickauctionservice.com.

The lot descriptions for all property have been prepared and detailed in good faith to the best of the sellers and auctioneer's knowledge and ability. Essick Auction & Realty, LLC & seller will not guarantee functionality, serviceability or odometer or hour meter accuracy of any of the items sold and strongly recommends that all items be checked by the bidder or the bidder's trusted agent to his or her own satisfaction PRIOR to bidding. Failure of any bidder to perform adequate inspection and due diligence SHALL NOT constitute grounds for any refund in whole or in part.
All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, post-sale inspection or other contingencies.
