Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.
All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.

Auction begins ending on Wednesday, June 8th. at 6:30 p.m. Pick up will be Friday, June 10th from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. If items are not picked up your card will be charged and items forfeited. We will offer shipping on small items only. We will not offer shipping on any furniture! If you are not sure then please ask before you bid. There will be a packing fee of 15.00 plus the cost of shipping.
We are located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
