5% of the winning bid amount will be required to be paid as a down payment by the Buyer within 10 days of receiving notification that their winning bid was approved by the Town of Blacksburg, SC.

Buyer will be responsible for paying winning bid amount, a 5% administrative fee, applicable taxes, and any and all applicable closing costs associated with the transaction. All will be payable at the closing table at a date mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Check should be made payable to Town of Blacksburg, SC.

The Town of Blacksburg, SC reserves the right to accept or decline any and all bids.
