5% of the winning bid amount will be required to be paid as a down payment by the Buyer within 10 days of receiving notification that their winning bid was approved by the Town of Blacksburg, SC.

Buyer will be responsible for paying winning bid amount, a 5% administrative fee, applicable taxes, and any and all applicable closing costs associated with the transaction. Building will need to be parceled out from the existing parcel and all associated surveying/engineering costs are to be paid for by the buyer. All will be payable at the closing table at a date mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The Town of Blacksburg, SC reserves the right to accept or decline any and all bids.

Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Inspections are held Monday through Thursday (Town office is closed on Friday) during the auction period.
