This is a consignment auction, Therefore, we do not offer the 48 HR Guarantee. There are many items which 'appear new' or are unopened, but everything in this auction is to be considered 'Open Box'.
Inspection Times: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pick-Up times: Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. We do STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you use the scheduler to schedule your pick-up, as there is not always someone at the auction house. If we know when you are coming, then we can make sure someone is there. We do always include a Saturday pick-up on the scheduler, for those who cannot make it during the week.
If you are bidding on other auctions, we will hold your items, but you will need to call to let us know. We will also try to contact you.
