Listing Information

This lot consists of one (1) used pole barn. The pole barn is 60' x 40'. It has 18' high walls. One man door and one overhead (14' x12') door. Overall the building is is great shape. The overhead door has some minor damage and the metal work around the door has minor damage. We think the pole barn is around 10years old. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost in the take down and removal of the pole barn. Winning bidder will only receive the pole barn, pallet racking and other items in photos will be removed by SWACO prior to sale of the barn. SWACO will not assist in the removal of the barn. SWACO will disconnect electricity to the building prior to sale.

***The pole barn must be completely removed from the site by June 30, 2022 at 5pm ..... No exceptions or extensions. If you cannot mobilize to remove the building by this date, please do not bid*
