The owner of the property located at 779 Modoc Rd has commissioned Low Country Auction & Real Estate to market and sell this new development. This project will be known as Turkey Ridge Estates.

The property will be offered in six (6) estate size parcels ranging from eleven (11) +/- acres to twenty-five (25) +/- acres. The tract will also be offered as a whole consisting of one hundred (100) +/- acres. In this case the seller will accept the bid that generates the highest per acre price.
