All winning bidders' credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 15% buyer's premium. Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Ball pit palls are included, tens of thousands of them Padded floor times are included Buyer to completely disassemble and remove. There are fire extinguishing sprinkler nozzles that will have to be worked around(See images) Unit would require 3 days to disassemble, please plan to start the removal on 25th. We recommend to come to the preview if you are a serious buyer.
