8% Buyers Premium. Payment can be made thru credit card (4%surcharge), wire transfer ($20 fee), check, or cash. Payment is due within 36 hours from close of auction or your balance will be charged to your credit card. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice. Pickup at Tripp Farmers Lumber Co, 100 Main St, Tripp, SD 57376 will be Thursday, June 2 and Friday, June 3 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Property is to be removed by Wednesday, June 8. Items remaining after Wednesday, June 8 will be disposed of unless other arrangements have been made by calling 605-935-6952. There is no shipping provided for this auction.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no warranty or guarantee, implied or otherwise. All sales are final. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Per the SD Dept of Revenue: "Fees charged by Internet auction sites are subject to state and applicable municipal tax based on where the user of the auction site is located. This includes fees to list products and commission paid to the auction site when products are sold." Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
