Open box: could have several different meanings, pre-owned, incomplete, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fulling functioning or unknown working condition, we have not tested items. Missing/Damaged: These items have visible damage, We will do our best to describe each item as we see it. We still don't test these items to see if they work.
