The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

PREVIEW: All items in this auction are sold AS IS. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. If an item is not labeled as "works" or "new" there is no guarantee that it will function. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on one of our inspection days if they feel it is necessary. Our preview day for this auction is 5/31 BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close 5/31 at 5:00pm, with each successive lot delayed slightly. The card entered into our site will be charged the day following the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice and instructions for pickup. PICKUP: Pickup for this auction is 6/2 and 6/3. You MUST bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up on these dates or contact us within one week of the auction's close, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
