THIS ESTATE IS TUCKED AWAY IN A COURT OF COLLAGE DRIVE IN ST.CHARLES. THE PROPERTY IS JUST FOOT STEPS AWAY FROM THE LINDENWOOD CAMPUS. WE ARE PLEASED TO TO BRING THIS ESTATE TO AUCTION. THE GENTLEMAN THAT LIVED HERE WORKED FOR MANY YEARS AT McDONALD DOUGLAS. HE WAS A COLLECTOR OF MODELS FROM MAC AND HE ALSO COLLECTED FREDERICK REMINGTON BRASS SCULPTURES. SOME OF HIS PRIZED POSSESSIONS ARE CHILMARK PEWTER SCULPTURES. THIS ESTATE ALSO HAS A LARGE ASSORTMENT OF HAND TOOLS PLUS SHOP TOOLS ALL ARE OF THE CRAFTSMAN BRAND. The auction will start at 10 AM in the morning the doors will open at 8 AM. We will have refreshments such as donuts, soda, chips and water for Purchase the morning of the sale. This is an absolute auction no reserve all items will be sold to the highest bidder. All that you will need to register to bid is a copy of a valid drivers license. Forms of payment accepted are the following Cash, credit card and preapproved check. There will be a 4% convenience fee for credit cards. We will allow one hour from the time of the conclusion of the sale for you to remove your items from the residency to load to your vehicle.
