Removal / Load Out:A Parrott Auction Crew Member / representative will be onsite at 708 S. Van Buren, Newton, IL 62448 on Saturday July 2oth from 9 to 3PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”).

No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full.

If items are not picked up during that time-frame, immediately following the last pickup day, we will automatically charge your credit card on file a cost of $25 if other arrangements have not been made.

If items remain after 7 days after that, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC will then have full authority on what the next step will be (i.e. removal of items, resell, donate). This will strictly be enforced as non-removal of items is becoming an issue.

Shipping: If shipping is desired, please make a note when registering as we can immediately sort items for shipment at auctions end to expedite the shipping process. All shipping costs, insurance, and signature on delivery will be paid for by the buyer. Buyer will also be charged a small handling fee of of $15 per shipment.

NO SHIPPING WILL BE HANDLED BY AUCTION COMPANY NOR SELLER ON LARGE ITEMS. AUCTION COMPANY AND SELLER WILL HELP COORDINATE PICKUP BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPER HOWEVER WE WILL NOT COMPLETE THE JOB FOR YOU. BUYER(S) ARE RESPONSBILE TO HAVE TOOLS & KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO DISCONNECT, MOVE, LOAD AND HAUL ALL EQUIPMENT THEY PURCHASE INCLUDING CHILLERS/COOLERS, SMOKER, GRINDER, SINK, WORKTABLE OR CHURCH PEW. WE WILL HELP, HOWEVER WE WILL NOT COMPLETE THE JOB FOR YOU.
