All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties of any kind. Please preview the items if possible. We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible, but we can make mistakes. We can ship most items in this auction for the cost of shipping plus $5.00 handling fee. Your winning bid creates a valid and legally enforceable contract. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding in our auctions. Payment must be made by the end of the scheduled pickup times listed below or arrangements made with us in advance. Paid auction items not picked up within 14 days following the end of the auction become the property of the auction company with no refund to the bidder. Non-paying bidders may be subject to having their credit card automatically charged for their invoice total plus penalties and late fees as well as other collection procedures. Our new auction software does not allow us to process payments to consignors until all invoices are paid, so we need to enforce the above payment stipulations. Close Date:  Items begin closing on Thursday, May 12, at the rate of three (3) lots per minute. This auction uses a "soft close". Any item which receives a bid in the last 5 minutes will have the time extended for that item only. Pickup: Saturday, May 14, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Payment Methods: Cash or Credit. (Cash only for totals under $10). Buyer's Premium: 13% with a 3% discount for paying with cash. Late Pickup Penalty: If you do not pick up or make other arrangements for your items by the end of the pickup period shown above, a late pickup penalty will be charged. The penalty for late pickup is the greater of 25% of the bid total per business day or $5 per day. So, please pick up your items on time. Sales Tax: State sales tax will be charged in accordance with Texas law unless we have a valid Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate on file for you.
