BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED 1 MINUTE WHEN A BID IS MADE ON A LOT WITHIN 1 MINUTE OF ITS SCHEDULED CLOSING AND WILL EXTEND 1 MINUTE FOR EVERY BID THERE AFTER

All Items not picked up in 30 days from close of auction will be considered abandoned and winning bidder gives up all rights to items.
