We will be selling this house board by board. Window by Window by widow, door by door, room by room. Owned by myself. Tired of all the stealing and break in I need to make money not thieft. There Is a lifetime collection inside don't know what's left, but I'll sell it. Along with the old 1830's post frame will be several antiques and collectibles.
Cross cut saws, 4 way stop light, plows, pottery, old tools, cast iron, cedar chests, chicken brooder at least 50 years old, lamps, hutch, dressers, drafting desk, lath boards, several 16' poplar boards, chairs, cookie jars and lots a boxes left to go through I've moved several times in 30 years so hard to tell what's inside. You'll have 30 days to remove anything you purchase.
Ill offer the whole house minus the sandstone foundation first anyone wishing to bid $25,000.00 day of auction only to start the house as is no land be responsible for removal of it yourself and any cleanup of property 90 days to remove no sandstone damage.
