Method of sale: Auction will be held at the site of the farmland. The farmland will be surveyed and the bid will be based on the final gross surveyed acres x the final bid price.
Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Sioux County Treasurer are approx. $2,350.00 per year. Seller will pay the 2021 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2022.
Possession: Buyer will receive landlord possession on closing day and will receive full possession on March 1, 2023. Buyer is responsible to terminate the existing farm lease per Iowa Statutes.
