Wind Tower Information: All Tracts are sold subject to a Wind Lease and Easement Agreement with EDF Renewables. The Lease expires on October 21, 2050.  Two wind turbines and transmission lines are located on Tract 3.  Transmission lines are also located on Tracts 1 & 2. The Easement for said turbines and their overhang and the transmission lines is perpetual subject to terms of said Lease. All future wind payments and proration to property owners will be pro-rated according to terms in said lease at the discretion of EDF renewables.
