-Items won must be picked up no later than THURSDAY following the auction.
-All items not picked up will be forfeited along with payment.
-THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, OR ITEMS NO LONGER WANTED.
-Failure to pay all charges will mark a strike to your account, and will result in a freeze to your account.
-Items left after the last pickup day for an auction, reguardless if it's paid or unpaid, will be FORFEITED, and items will be relisted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items. High Desert Exchange will assist load out at purchaser's request. High Desert Exchange will not be responsible for any damages to items, personal property, or persons that occur during load out.

- All cards on file will be charged the following day. Please register with the card you wish to have charged. If you wish to pay cash, please notify us prior to the closing of the auction.

High Desert Exchange is not responsible for dents, scratches, blemishes, discoloration, missing parts & accessories for any of the items presented in the auction.
