Situated on 1.5 Ac +/- lot on a dead end street (no thru traffic), this is a quiet neighborhood. The house has approximately 1598 s/f of living area. Included with the personal property is a 1990 Rolls-Royce Phantom by Johnson (rarely seen in North AL) and a 1988 Mercury Marquis "Squawk" kit car (also rarely seen in North Alabama). Pictures of these are on our wweb sites now. Be the only one in your neighborhood with either of these fine automobiles. There are also some black powder guns, knives and other collectibles (which is not located on the premises ) to be sold. Visit our websites quickly.
