EXAMPLE: A PERSON BUYS A TRUCK FOR $125,000 THE BUYER PREMIUM WOULD BE $750.00. EXAMPLE 2: EXAMPLE 2: A PERSON BUYS 2 TRUCKS FOR $125,000.00 EACH THE BUYER PREMIUM WOULD BE A TOTAL OF $1,500.00, $750 FOR BOTH TRUCKS.

TERMS: Onsite bidders photo ID is required to obtain a bidder number. Payment may be made by cash or certified funds. Personal And company checks must have a current Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to Schmid Auction. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS AT THIS AUCTION). Any other arrangements must be made with SCHMID AUCITON. Prior to sale date. No property is to be removed from the premises before making settlement. All items are sold “As Is Where IS” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are subject to the state Sales Tax law. Schmid Auction is not responsible for accidents.
A bank letter is not required for local bidders known buy auction company.

Settlement must be made before removing any items. Payment in full is due by Monday, May 23rd, 2022, at 3:00 PM. A Schmid Auction representative will be onsite Saturday, May 21st, 2022, from 9:00 AM – 12:00Noon and Monday May 23rd 9am-3pm PM Central Time for onsite payment collection. Any other arrangements must be made with Schmid Auction prior to the sale date.
