TERMS: CASH only! 10% Buyer's Premium and 50.00 deposit (1 time charge - if you buy more than 1 unit, the deposit is still just 50.00 and will be refunded when units are cleaned out properly).
You will have 48 hours to clean out units. NOTHING is to be left on the property.
You must be there promptly to pay for your units, or send someone in your place. If you do not pay or clean out units properly you will be bannedform bidding on all of our future auctions. The feedback we leave on hibid is seen by other auctioneers and may result in you being declined as a bidder in their auctions as well.
