YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. Buyer is responsible for bringing own help to (lift, carry) remove heavy items. Terms: Credit Card will be charged for invoices $3,000.00 or less. For all amounts large then $3,000.00 you must send a wire by Wednesday, May 11th. You are responsible for all wire fees (usually $25.00). Nothing removed until settled for. No guarantees by Hoge Auctioneering LLC. It is purchaser’s responsibility to inspect before buying. Everything sold as is. Not responsible for lost or stolen items. Announcements made sale day take precedence over printed material. |
