Auction Updates:  New Photos added today (Friday).  We'll start at 9 AM on household/collectibles and hand tools over the auction block, followed by furniture and larger woodworking tools, then misc. items in the yard.  Kubota RTV and JD Tractor sell at 11 AM, followed by 3 pt. equip. and trailer.    Whole sale should be done by Noon.  May sell in 2 rings for a short time, if needed.   Park along both sides of long driveway.  Luch stand will be onsite.  Auction will be held outdoors rain or shine, so dress for the weather.

Auctioneer’s Note:  Mr. and Mrs. Baxter are downsizing after 30 years in this home, and moving to smaller quarters.  This is an extremely nice, clean auction, with high quality throughout.  We will be selling in 2 rings – one crew will sell tool, shop items, and equipment.  The second crew will be selling household items and collectibles.
