STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00pm Central Time at a rate of 5 lots per minute on April 24th @ 6 PM. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: Shipping is available for small, shippable items. A handling fee of $10.00 per invoice plus actual shipping costs will be assessed. Shipping may take up to 2 weeks. Items will be shipped UPS Ground ONLY. We're sorry, NO SHIPMENTS TO CANADA. Shipping costs vary, please check with UPS if you are concerned about the cost. Items will be packaged and you will receive a Currency Pay invoice that must be paid within 72 hours of receipt. Items will ship once paid for. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items during the specified load out times. Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement! All Buyers will be required to sign a hold harmless/liability waiver prior to loading.
