Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying with card), at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. Before bidding you will be required to check a box that indicates you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be not be allowed to bibd in our future auctions and may find other HiBid Auctioneers will not allow bidding in their auctions as well. Lots 1 through 200g are at 300 W College Lots 201 through 322 are at 113 Bellaire Court Pick up time is Saturday, April 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 300 W. College St. & 113 Bellaire Court Monticello, AR. You will need to go to 113 Bellaire Ct first to pay. Pick up any items you may have there, then take your paid receipt to 300 West College to pick up there. Parking will be scarce particularly at the West College house. Please dont block the neighbor's drive at 312 W College, her husband passed away a few days ago and the funeral is Sat. They will be expecting a good bit of traffic at 312 W College. Everything needs to be paid for Sat the 23rd. We must clear out the house at 113 Bellaire Court Saturday the 23rd because the house has been sold and the new owners want the key and to start work as soon as we are out Sat. If you bought large items at 300 W College that require a trailer to move, you may want to come later in the day when the traffic has thinned down. Or if you have large items and want to avoid the traffic completely, I will be there from 2pm til 3pm Sunday FOR LARGE ITEMS ONLY AT 300 W COLLEGE ONLY! No one will be at Bellaire Ct. Sunday
