Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing at 11am on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The first item in catalog order will close at 11am, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If  there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes,  and keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview: By appointment on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 11am-2pm.

 

Removal: By appointment on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 10am-3pm. There will be a link on paid invoices to sign up  for time slots on Sign Up Genius. Local pickup only.
