THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing 6:00 PM Tuesday evening, May 10th. An item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Wednesday May 11th 12:00PM - 6:00PM. All items must be removed by Wednesday May 11th unless special arrangements are made. Buyer must bring help to load. Pay at the auction site at pick up cash, credit card or check. If a person would like their credit card on file charged email auction company after the auction closes.
Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Any items with alcohol buyers must be 21 years old. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash.
