Auction Terms & Conditions Be sure to read TERMS & CONDITIONS before bidding! When you register you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. 10% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to all sold items & a 7% Sales Tax. Bidding opens at 08:00 PM on saturday april 9th ,2022 and has a staggered soft closing date of friday april 15th, 2022 @ 6:00 Pm. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the first recorded bid becomes the winner. Call and ask for inspection. Bidders must inspect the items in person or by viewing the pictures provided on-line. All items are sold in as-is condition with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final. PICK-UP DATES will be saturday April 16th 2022 from 1-5 pm at the auction address (1008 W. Co. Rd. 600 N. Brazil, IN 47834). Any bidder that has not picked-up their purchases or made arrangements to do so will have the credit card on file charged at 5:00pm on april 16th, 2022 and will forfeit those items. Buyers may pay with cash upon pickup. A 4% charge will be added to all debit/credit card purchases. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failure.
