The sale will run from April 7th to April 12th. The time scheduled load out will be on Wednesday, April 13th. Please make your appointment early to get the best time for you! If you have any questions please call the auction manager, Wayne, at 316-943-8724. We are unable to remove heavy items and furniture from the house. Other items will be pulled and ready for pick-up by the driveway entrance (on Mentor St.) to the patio. Please review and pay the invoice prior to 8:00 am on the day of load out. After 8:00 am, L & L will "process/pay" all unpaid invoices using the credit card on file with Equip-bid. We do not accept cash payments. L & L Family Estate Sales will describe the item to the best of our ability. However, we are not experts on the items listed. We will also identify any damage, chips, and cracks if we observe it. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to do their research on the items prior to bidding. You may schedule a preview to look at the items prior to the auction close.
