2. SHIPPING IS AVAIL ON SMALL ITEMS AT BIDDER'S EXPENSE. IF SHIPPING WILL BE REQUESTED PLS NOTIFY AUCTIONEER VIA AUCTIONEER NOTES IN HIBID PRIOR TO SALE CLOSING IF POSSIBLE.
3. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
5. 13% buyer's premium added to bid price.
6. Sales tax will not be added to purchase price.
7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.
8. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. Previews are highly encouraged. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
9. After auction, items must be picked up SATURDAY APRIL 9, 2022 FROM 10;00 AM UNTIL 3:00 PM ONLY. BUYERS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ADDRESS. EVERYTHING MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS APRIL 9, 2022 NO EXCEPTIONS. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PICKUP AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS APRIL 9, 2022 NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items not picked up during specified pick up hours may be subject to extra handling and/or storage fees. Fee will be dependant on item, Fee must paid cash.
10. Items not picked up within the scheduled days and times for pick up and check out will be forfeited DUE TO BEING AN ON SITE and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. EVERYTHING MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS APRIL 9, 2022 NO EXCEPTIONS. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PICKUP AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS APRIL 9, 2022 NO EXCEPTIONS.
