This sale is conducted with a 10% buyer's premium added to all bids, including real estate, to determine the final sale price.
Personal property must be paid in full on sale day. On real estate and a non-refundable deposit equal to ten percent of the total contract price on the real estate must be made on sale day. The successful bidder for the real estate will be expected to close within 30 days and he/she will be responsible of ALL closing cost. Announcements on sale day take precedence over any printed material.
The Auction Co. is not responsible for loading purchased items or any damage that may occur while items are being loaded for removal from sale site.
