This auction is ONLINE ONLY! It begins on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 6pm and closes on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 6pm. One item will close every 30 seconds. Please familiarize yourself with the terms & conditions prior to bidding. Preview dates and times are as follows: Monday, April 4th through Thursday, April 7th from 9am - 5pm. All items should be viewed and picked up at 56 Hubert White Rd., Chadbourn, NC 28431. Credit cards will be processed immediately following auction. Pick up will be on Friday, April 8th from 9 am - 5 pm. ALL merchandise must be picked up during the allotted time and day or merchandise will be forfeited. Small items can be shipped at customer's expense (this includes carrier fee and a $5 S&H fee); be sure to contact auction company at (910) 654-5281 or email at info@southeasternauctionco.com to make arrangements.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.

* 13% Buyer's premium rate charged.
* Southeastern Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*Terms for buying GUNS are as follows: Guns will have to be paid for by cash or "Good" check at Auction House in Chadbourn, NC. A paid receipt will then have to be taken to Murph's Pawn Shop in Whiteville, NC where a background check will be done in order for name trasfer to take place. This pickup from Murph's Pawn Shop must be done in a timely manner. Also, buyer must pay a $25 "cash only" transfer fee to pawn shop in order to take possession of the gun. There are other guidelines to hand guns, please see description of any applicable items.
