If you cannot attend the live auction you may leave your max absentee bid and the bid will be taken to the live auction. As well as live webcast bidding during the auction. Live online bidding will begin at 12 PM CST on April 16, 2022 and will be subject to internet service and capabilities. All are encouraged to place their max pre/absentee bids prior to live auction in case of any internet/bidding failures &/or delays during the live auction. PREBIDDING & LIVE WEBCAST BIDDING: The auction will be open for pre/absentee bidding & will offer live webcast bidding from Wednesday March 30, 2022 to Saturday, April 16, 2022. If you cannot attend the live auction you may leave your max absentee bid and the bid will be taken to the live auction. As well as live webcast bidding during the auction. Live online bidding will begin at 12 PM CST on April 16, 2022 and will be subject to internet service and capabilities. All are encouraged to place their max pre/absentee bids prior to live auction in case of any internet/bidding failures &/or delays during the live auction. Special Terms for Online Bids: Buyer's Premium: 10% for online bidding only w/ a $2,500 cap per item. Credit Card Convenience Fee: 3.5% If online bidder is paying by credit card: 10% buyer's premium + 3.5% CC Fee = .13.5% fee added to total purchase price and charged at time of processing CC. Approved payment types include: cash; cashier's check; wire transfer (preferred method) - Please call or email for Bank Routing Numbers & Instructions; check (upon approval); and credit/debit cards when available (3.5% convenience fee applies). All intending to pay with cash or cashier's check upon pick up requires pre-approval please call or email prior to pick up date with intentions to do so (417)-883-SOLD. The buyer agrees to pay a 10% buyer's premium added to the final purchase price for online bidders only. Purchased items by online/absentee bidders are to be paid for by 5pm CST on Monday, April 18, 2022. No removal of purchased items may be completed until final payments have been made and processed. All removal of purchased items from the auction site is to be completed by 5 PM CST on Sunday, April 24, 2022 unless alternate arrangements have been made with auction service. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale. Essick Auction & Realty, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of purchased items. If you are the winning bidder you will be contacted by phone or email at the close of the auction day on April 16, 2022 with further instructions for wire transfers/payments as well as pick up information. If no contact with the auction service prior to April 15, 2022 for payment arrangements have been made and you are the winning bidder at the end of the auction then your credit card will be automatically billed for the purchase price and applicable fees. If you make prior payment arrangements and you are the winning bidder your CC will be charged a $1,000.00 holding fee + applicable fees until full payment has been made and pickup arranged. There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing to Essick Auction & Realty, LLC (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures.
