PAYMENTS- There will be a 15% buyer's Premium added to all your purchases. IF PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD THERE IS A 3% FEE. NO CHARGE BACKS!!! We will accept Credit Card, Wire Transfer, ACH Payment or Money Order. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE ITEM PICK UP/REMOVAL. NO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT TIME OF PICK UP!!!! We will charge the credit card you registered with unless you make auction Co. aware you are wanting to pay with one of the other options provided. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an E-mail invoice sent to the E-mail address that you used when registering. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup Dates will be stated. You will need to set up an Appointment on stated days to pick up your items.. The pickup dates are also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines please do not place bids. There will be no refunds because you cannot pick up your items. CATALOG-Please do research on the lots that you are interested in before placing your bids. After you place a bid and it is accepted, it cannot be retracted. All of the items are available for inspection Friday April 8, 2022 8am-5pm at each location. S & S Auction Company & Theisens makes no guarantee on the authenticity of any items being sold. We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. Please use the opportunity to preview items or call Mike if you have specific questions. BIDDING - When you enter your max. bid , the bid price does not automatically advance to your max bid. When Someone else places a bid, your bid will increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid on your behalf to your max bid in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same amount the 1st person to place the bid will be the high bidder. If a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes the auction on that item will extend by 1 minute until no further bids are placed
TECHNICAL ISSUES-In the event of technical difficulties related to the software,server, internet or other online technologies S &S Auction Co. reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding or continue the bidding. S & S Auction Co. will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties.
AUCTION PICK UP- Tuesday April 26 & Wednesday April 27, 2022 8 AM-5 PM
Buyer is responsible for providing manpower & tools to remove your items, Theisens will provide a forklift and operator to lift items onto your truck/trailer. Items will have power and airlines disconnected prior to removal. It is not auction company or Theisens responsibility to provide manpower or tools to remove your items--Please come prepared.
