If you accidentally bid on an item and win its contractually your item and must be paid like any other. If you do not follow these or any other rules you may be banned from further bidding. All items are sold as is, where is, no warranty. Our descriptions will be as accurate as possible. If uncertain on an item please take advantage of the viewing times. You can look at items before bidding if uncertainty is present. No credit cards will be accepted on invoices over $2000, only cashiers check.

Please call or text to set up a time to view any items you would like to see or have questions on, we don't pretend to know everything and we may miss something you might see. Please use it to your advantage. All items are sold as is where is. No refunds. Viewing is by appt. only due to low volume of folks coming . Please make sure your card on file is up to date and current. We can no longer hold items if you miss load out day. We are not at the shop everyday so its hard for us to plan on meetings when folks miss load out days. If you do let us know in advance before auction is over that's fine, we can have you pick another time. Keeping track of items is hard to do when we are constantly moving items in and out so PLEASE pick up on load out day as scheduled. If you cannot make load out day or time please do not bid, or please arrange someone to pick up for you. They must sign for you. Please come during pick up time that is posted at the bottom of the page. Invoices will be processed after last item of auction ends, Please pay your invoice as soon as possible after auction ends. If you prefer to pay cash you MUST contact us before auction ends. All inovoices will be processed starting at 8 am the following morning.
