This is a sealed bid sale only. The submission period of sealed bid offers for this sale will close on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Be sure to submit your top bid. The assets will be sold to the highest and/or the best bid/bidder, and the seller (secured creditor) reserves the right to accept the highest and/or best offer, and/or reject any and all bids, based on their sole discretion. Upon acknowledgment of being chosen as the winning bidder, the bidder shall be the winning bidder and shall immediately thereafter fill out and sign Purchaser’s Agreement, and pay the invoice in full within 5 days following official acceptance of the high bid, under the terms of this Agreement. Michigan Sales Tax will be charged to applicable buyers, unless a tax exemption form is submitted. Please note that a sampling (222 stones) from several different lots were recently appraised by the Detroit Jewelry Appraisers (accredited jeweler professional). The detailed inventory report shows which items have been appraised, along with their fair market appraisal value. The detailed inventory also shows which stones were not appraised. and the estimated assumed values applied to the “non-appraised” stones were estimated using the appraised samples from each lot. The average Fair Market Value per appraised stone was applied to calculate the estimated assumed fair market value of the non-appraised stones in each lot (as noted in the inventory). You can bid on one lot, some lots, or all lots so please check the box on the sealed bid submission form for each lot that you are bidding on, and enter the bid amount in each lot, along with a combine bid total amount at the end of the form. Please note that lots must be bid on in their entirety, and lots cannot be broken down into lesser amounts.
