BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items. PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on July 2nd. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. Firearms must be paid for in full before they can be picked up from the dealer. ITEM PICKUP: Pickup & Payment will be scheduled on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 10:00AM-6:00PM at 4838 Iron Works Road, Georgetown KY 40324. See below for instructions on picking up firearms. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax. Buyer is responsible for checking all local and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of Firearms & Ammunition. FIREARMS : The auction company does not test fire any firearms. You must use the photos to determine condition. Or, firearms can be seen in person at Sling Point Firearms. We have partnered with Sling Point Firearms located at 401 Outlet Center Drive ste 330, Georgetown, KY 40324. They will be handling the transfer of all firearms. If you are the winning bidder you will contact the auction company to arrange payment. Once payment has been verified you can take your paid receipt to Sling Point Firearms to collect your firearm(s). Buyer is responsible for all transfer and shipping fees. Sling Point Firearms will collect all fees associated with transfer paperwork and/or shipping to a different FFL dealer. Transfer paperwork fees average $25 per gun.
