Schedule Time to Pick up- If you are unable to pick up at the original time you set with EquipBid after winning an item, please make other arrangements with us at (402)302-0443. You must make an appointment to pickup your items. Warehouse phone will be answered Monday-Friday 10-5. We don't have the space in our warehouse to hold items for more than 3 days. If no arrangements are made items will be considered abandoned and returned to auction after 3 days. 2. Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of observing the quality of items and if they see any damage. If the product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or contact usi if you have questions. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged the morning after auction closes. If you are tax exempt call and notify us. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect or test for limited functionality at our warehouse before taking the product home, if it doesn't work you will be eligible for a refund. Once you take it home, returns WILL NOT be accepted. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional We encourage to inspect these items during the scheduled inspection time set-up by YOU. No returns accepted. Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken.
