Payment of cash, credit card or check is accepted. All payment for this auction is due by end of sale.. There is an additional 3% fee for credit/debit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged. 6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all purchases. All items will go to the highest bidder. All buyers register to bid at the auction site.. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the sale. Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person enters the auction site at his or her own risk. No person shall have claim against Rod Fivecoat Auctions, sellers, or employees for any injuries or damages to or loss of property that may occur at the auction site. All sales are final. Loadout to begin on sale day and continue on Sunday November 4th, 2018,or by special appointment. If items are not picked up, they will be considered abandoned and will be removed at the buyer's expense. All property is sold as is. All descriptions are believed to be accurate.
