Located:  4084 Timpson Rd., Caledonia, OH  43314, Tully Twp., 3.5 mi. N.E. of Caledonia, 5mi. W of Iberia, signs off S.R 309. Selling due to the passing of John J. Landis.  John resided on this family farm which dates back to the late 1800’s.  He retired from Conrail R.R. and farming.  He thoroughly enjoyed going to auctions especially with iron as this list will show. He had a permanent buying number with us of 999, and we will miss his attendance.

Auction Note:  John bought, but rarely sold.  Items in this auction will be found in all be sold as-is condition with lots of scrap iron, parts tractors, equipment, vehicles & more!  Most items range from scrap to parts.  Come see what we find!  Tons of iron!

LOADING & REMOVAL:  Loading available both days as long as it isn’t interfering with the auction until dark.  Buyers will have 2 weeks for removal & special arrangements on large items.  It is in the Buyers best interest to remove items from the property as quickly as possible!
