This auction is to fund the expansion of a Family Life Center and Silk Purse in Newton to support Jasper and Richland county families. Over $200,000 is needed to fully fund this project. Schmid Auction will not be making any profit from this auction.
The items will start closing Sunday April 3rd 6:00PM
Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Tuesday April 5th 2pm-7pm and Wednesday April 6th from 10am - 4pm.
All items will be paid for at the Family Live Center @ the Effingham Location 605 Eden Ave. Effingham, IL
Pay by check, cash or credit card. Auction company will not be charging credit cards on file! 10% buyer premium on all items.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 Sunday April 3rd. An item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP All items will be paid for at the Family Live Center @ the Effingham Location 605 Eden Ave. Effingham, IL Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Tuesday April 5th 2pm-7pm and Wednesday April 6th from 10am - 4pm.
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Any items with alcohol buyers must be 21 years old. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash.
