The Auctioneer does not ship, pack, or move items. All such packaging, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the winning Bidder, and the Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any shipping or make special arrangements if necessary. It is advised that you contact the shipper before bidding to get an estimated cost. Shipping will only be to the address listed on the invoice. Shipping out of state may be held till credit card clears. May need proof of identification or bank wire if invoice totals $2,000.00 or more. 10% Buyers Premium added to the final hammer price. Payment: Credit/ Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Cash and checks are prohibited. Every effort will be made to ensure that each item stays in the same condition that it was photographed in. IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE REMOVAL TIMES LISTED, THEN THE BIDDER MAY BE SUBJECTED TO FORFEIT THEIR ITEMS! If the winning bidders do not pick up their items during these removal times and they request special arrangements, they will incur Moving, Labor & Storage fees. Staggered Closing: The online only auction has a staggered closing. The staggered closing works as follows: All items will close in a per determined increment per item per minute, until all lots are closed. Extended Bidding: This online only auction has an extended bidding feature. The closing time of a lot is automatically extended 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the lot's closing time.
