Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. For any declined credit cards, we will automatically attempt to charge the card again at a later time. Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 17% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction.
