Dates are flexible but must be used within 12 months of auction close. Successful bidder will contact outfitter to book the hunt after auction close. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge.
