1. A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final selling price. 2. All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. Failure to inspect the items prior to bidding/buying in no way relieves the buyer from the obligation to pay for and pick up any items. All sales are final at the close of bidding on each lot. 3. Full payment will be due at pick-up by cash, in-state check, or credit/debit card (a 3% convenience fee will be added to the final total for use of credit/debit card) 4. 6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the final selling price on every invoice unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. You can email a copy of your certificate to auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com or complete a certificate including your exemption number when you pick up your items. 5. Failure to pick up your purchase at the auction site in Russellville KY during the allotted time frame will result in the credit card on file being charged along with an additional $25.00 rescheduling fee. 6. Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time of a lot will extend the bidding on that lot for an additional 5 minutes. This process can repeat multiple times. 7. Successful buyers should bring their own labor and packing material to pick-up. No load-out help will be provided. 8. Shipping will be offered on small items as follows: A $5.00 handling fee will be added to the total invoice. Once the payment is received the items on the invoice will be delivered to UPS Pack and Ship. The auctioneer is relieved of all responsibility for the purchase at that point. UPS will contact the buyer with packing and shipping charges and collect those fees directly from the buyer.
