2018 Forest River Tracer Travel Trailer. The camper is 33 foot long and is comes with one slide out and an electric awning. On the side of the camper is a fold-out kitchen, with a gas burner and sink. All of the exterior storage compartments come with magnets that hold the door up to keep it out of our way for easy access. On the front of the camper is two propane tanks that are covered. On the interior of the camper is a queen size bed with a flat-screen TV, with multiple cabinets for storage in the bedroom. There I one sink in the kitchen, with a stove and microwave with a freezer/refrigerator. They appear to have never been used. There is another flat screen TV in the living room with a leather accent sofa and kitchen table benches. The bathroom has one sink and shower. In the back of the camper is a set of bunk beds with another flat-screen TV. The interior of this camper is in excellent condition and appears to have never been used. The hitch requires a 2 and 5/16 inch ball. This camper comes with all of the keys. This trailer was seized through a narcotics investigation and comes with a clear title. Since the trailer has been seized it has been stored inside and out of the weather. The sheriff’s office does not know the maintenance history of this trailer. The trailer is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS."
