Current Covid-19 protocols in place must be followed while on auction site premises. Directions: From I-10 W, exit 232 Carrollton Ave N toward US-61/ Tulane Ave, merge onto S Carrollton Ave, Turn Right onto Tulane ave/61, Right onto S Rendon St., auction site is on your left Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Day of auction until 3pm, Friday, 3/18 from 9A-3P, Mon 3/21 & Tue 3/22 from 9A-3P. All items must be out before 3pm on 3/22. Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given. Auction Company does not ship, local pickup only. 10% buyer's premium applies to all onsite bidders | 15% buyer's premium applies to all online bidders | Some items will be subject to reserve | $25 notary fee applies | Sales Tax rate is 9.45%
