All contents inside the building are being sold with the building. However, the Cherokee County School District reserves the right to remove and retain anything in the building prior to auction close.

A refundable $1000 bid deposit is required to bid on this auction. Please see attached document for more information on the Bid Deposit process.

5% of the winning bid amount will be required to be paid as a down payment by the Buyer within 10 days of receiving notification that their winning bid was approved by the Cherokee County School District.

Buyer will be responsible for paying winning bid amount, a 5% administrative fee, applicable taxes, and any and all applicable closing costs associated with the transaction. All will be payable at the closing table at a date mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Check should be made payable to Cherokee County School District 1.

The Cherokee County School District reserves the right to accept or decline any and all bids.
